Our Story

Founded in 2017, Osborne County Community Foundation is affiliated with the Greater Northwest Kansas Community Foundation in Bird City, KS. It is governed by a board of 10 representing the Osborne County communities of Alton, Downs, Natoma, Osborne, and Portis. Through strategic grantmaking and community initiatives, OCCF aims to enhance the quality of life for all residents of Osborne County.   

Osborne County Community Foundation provides grants and funds to support projects that address local needs and create lasting impact within our communities. Through the generosity of donors, OCCF offers opportunities to fund a variety of initiatives, including education, community development, health, and the arts. Whether it’s through a designated fund, field of interest fund, or competitive grant program, OCCF is dedicated to building a brighter future for Osborne County. Every gift, no matter the size, helps make a difference.
