OSBORNE, Kan.—The Osborne County Community Foundation is accepting applications for spring grants. Online applications open Friday, February 1 and are due Monday, April 1, 2019.
Over $75,000 in grants is available to charitable projects in Osborne County through the following two funds:
- Dane G. Hansen Community Grant Fund – available for programs and projects that address education, health care, community social services and security, conservation and environment, arts and culture, and community beautification.
- Osborne County Community Action Fund – available for projects that improve the quality of life for Osborne County residents.
Grants are limited to communities in Osborne County and will be awarded through a competitive application process. Nonprofit organizations, government and public entities, educational institutions and churches are encouraged to apply. Applications must be submitted online by 11:59 p.m. on April 1. During its fall grant cycle, the Osborne County Community Foundation awarded over $37,000 in grants to 12 community projects.
